Information and Qualifications

All Apartments are Single Occupant Only and No Pets
Studio apartments are $795 per month and 1-bedroom

apartments are $900 per month.Security Deposit is

$398 for Studio’s and $450 for 1-bedroom apartments.
Security gate card deposit is $25. All utilities are included

except cable and phone.

To Qualify:

Minimum monthly income is $1,987 for studios and $2,250

for 1-bedroom apartments.
Maximum monthly income is $2,812 per month

($33,750 per year) for studios
and $3,212 per month ($38,550 per year) for

1-bedroom apartments.

Application process:

Verification of employment or income.

Verification of current and previous rental

history and background checks.
$35 non-refundable fee for screening report..

$100 deposit to hold an apartment after the application
has been approved. Move in costs are rent + security

deposit + gate card deposit = total move in costs.
When available carports are an additional $10 per month.
